We’re hosting a challenge and hope you’ll join us! The start of a new year is the perfect time to re-evaluate old habits and implement a few new ones. Team TLF has put together a “12 Months To A Healthier Liver” challenge where we will work together to create or maintain healthy habits that could improve our liver health. Each month the challenge will have a different focus and we will set weekly goals around the FOTM (focus of the month).

For example – In January we began the challenge by encouraging people to “Step Into Healthier Habits” by completing 150 minutes of moderate or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity per week. Examples of moderate aerobic activity include gardening, taking a brisk walk, and biking under 10mph. Examples of vigorous aerobic activity include jogging, jumping rope, and aerobic dance.

As we work through the year, we will explore different habits that impact liver health, such as sugar consumption, alcohol consumption, vegetable/fiber intake, etc.

Did we mention there are incentives? Each participant will receive branded TLF swag when they join, and again as they reach the 6 month mark.
