It’s Christmas…In September!

Ho, ho, ho! No, you haven’t accidentally stumbled into a time warp. It’s still September, but here at Texas Liver Foundation, it’s beginning to look a lot like…Christmas? That’s right! We’re decking the halls early again this year for a very special cause.
Why Christmas in September?
We’re all about spreading joy and a little bit of holiday magic to those who need it most – our brave pediatric patients and their dedicated caregivers who are spending the holidays in the hospital. These heroes deserve extra cheer this year. We plan to deliver that cheer in the form of a care package between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What’s in the Package?
Each care package we deliver is like a Christmas stocking, filled with goodies that bring comfort and joy and includes:
- Travel-sized toiletries
- A fidget toy for some hands-on fun
- Water and a snack to keep energy levels up
- One “Meet Your Liver” coloring book
- Non-toxic crayons for a burst of creativity
- A gift card for food delivery, because everyone deserves a festive feast
- And last but not least, a Nerdbugs Liver Plushie. Yes, you read that right, a plush liver for extra cuddles!
